MEDITATION AS A LIFESTYLE

Welcome to my world of meditation. I'm Justin Cody and I help people create positive change, find authenticity, and connect with their inner selves. Through meditation, we can learn to breathe deeply, find stillness, and embrace the soft and kind moments in life. With gratitude and appreciation, we can find peace.

An avid admirer of our connection with nature, trees, water and each other. So many of life’s challenges and complexities can be understood through the observation of nature, the earth and how we all interact in this construct called reality. Meditation has changed my life in so many ways allowing me to tap into self-awareness, be present in the moment with those around me, and helped me cultivate a purposefulness and stillness that was otherwise unknown. My goal is to help students become conscious observers of their own existence to calm the mind and relieve some of the daily pressures and stresses that we all encounter.  I wish to help each of us to unlock the parts of us that we have been hiding from the world to help open our heart spaces to our own greatness and possibility. We all carry the potential to unlock our personal truth. Keep calm and love with gentle curiosity.
